SSPT Challenge-Neapolitan Theme

Guess what??? My daughter earned 1st place for her science project!!! She is so proud.....now she wants her own Cricut so she can cut letters out when she wants.

My project today is for the 2nd challenge at the SSPT blog. The requirements are:

THINK ICE CREAM!

1)Create a project, any project, using a Neapolitan ice cream theme.
2)Use all three colors; chocolate, strawberry and vanilla.
3)Use your favorite flavor as the dominant color in your project.

I made a name plaque for my daugther using the Hello Kitty font. This was the first time I actually cut one of the Disney Princesses. I had fun putting her together except the eyes. (Which now I realize aren't put in correctly) Practice makes perfect. The bird cage is a Cottage Cutz die. TFL.

Gift Tag

I made this tag for a gift bag that we are giving to my husbands niece for her baby. We bought the baby some cute little outfits and as I was putting the items into a gift bag I thought about making a tag with the baby's name on it. When I asked my husband what the baby's name was of course he stated...."I don't know". So I put the baby's mother name on the tag instead. I hope she likes everything. The tag was easy to complete with Design Studio.

Gift Bag Tags

I needed to make gift tags for the Christmas bags that I'm giving to my daugther and my three Goddaughters. Yesterday I put all of my Christmas paper and stamps away while I was cleaning my crafting area. I used pastel colors and my new Hello Kitty Font cart for their names. I used TBBM for the tags and good ole George for the white part of the tag. I also used some of my cuttlebug embossing folders. I think the tags came out cute. I hope the girls like them......I know thay will love what's in the bags!
