Floating Frame

My Step Son & his Wife just recently moved into a new apartment so my Husband & I bought them some "house warming" gifts and I made them a floating frame. I hope they like it. For the frame I bought two identical picture frames placed vinyl on one of the glass mats. Next I used my hot glue gun and made the following "sandwich" 1) Frame 2) Clear Glass 3) Vinyled Glass 4) Frame. TFL.

Personalized Handy Mandy Car

This is a Handy Mandy car that my Husband and I purchased for our Grandson. I personalized it with his name. The font used is Curlz.

I Felt A Little Creative Today....

I made a few quick items today. I really don't like the card at all. I just wanted to use the shaker cups from Impression Obsession, so I threw this together. I like this clear tag. I intend on placing it somewhere in my office where "my caseload" can see the positve words & thoughts. Lastly, this hanging calendar was made from metal panels and decorated with stickers from the dollar tree store. TFL.

Stamp, Scrap Art Tour Goodies!

I really enjoyed the Stamp, Scrap Art Tour this year. Some of the vendors has some new stuff and some of the vendors had some of the same stuff they had last year. Here are some of the things that I purchased at the show. I'm really excited about the Carla Craft Binding system because it is so EASY to use. I do have a Bind It All, but I rarely use it. TFL.

My God Children's Valentine's

These are the goody bags that I made for my daughter and a few of my God Children. I
really didn't do too much decorating because all of the kids are under ten years old and the bags will probably been torn up by the next day. I used SU Treat cups and heart shaped nesties. TFL.

It's Been A While.........

It has been a while since I posted due to my husband being sick. He is feeling better now so I decided to do some creating this past weekend. A few late updates: 1) We went to NY for Christmas amd after shoving snow and our vehicle getting stuck on the ice so many times, I believe that I have to delete that license plate at the bottom of this blog that says, "I Miss NYC". 2) New Years Day was my birthday and I'm now.....one year away from Forty! "Urgh" 3) This weekend I will be attending the "Stamp, Scrap Art Tour" in Columbia, SC. I really love learning the latest stamping techinques from this show! And now my last, but my favorite update: 4) My Stepdaughter will be expecting her first child a baby girl in July! So expect to see a lot of "PINK" on this blog from now on!
