Finally........
my yearly training is over! One of my supervisors summed up our job with a saying that is used in the NAVY. He stated, "Our easiest day was yesterday". What a true statement. Hopefully now I can get back in gear and start creating again.

Get Well Soon Card
My MIL asked me to make a "Get Well Soon" card for a church member who was in a car accident. The young lady helps with the "Youth On The Move" group that my DD is a member of. I hope she likes the card.
Look At What I Found........
I was looking in my camera bag and found an old memory card that I haven't used in a while. I put it in my computer and found some crafts that I did over a year ago. The baby book picture is almost two years old because that is my Grandson's baby book and he will be turning two this weekend. I made the restroom signs a year ago for my Father's social club. The signs will be posted above this entry due to the limitations of pictures allowed in a post.
Apron Goodie Box
Thanks to the Talented & Generous Jen C, I was able to make this cute box. It is too cute to give away. I'm keeping this one for me!

Cute Little Mailbox
Yesterday I was in Target and I stopped by the dollar bins and found this cute little mailbox to decorate. Yesterday was a lucky day for me because I went into Michaels and found the last MS Lace Heart border punch. I started working on this mailbox eariler today but I stopped in order to take my sister to the Airport. Her flight arrived safely in NYC around 8:30 p.m. Thank God. **Update** The mailbox is gone.....Prea took it! She said she couldn't unitl Valentine's Day to get it! LOL

Gift Tag
I made this tag for a gift bag that we are giving to my husbands niece for her baby. We bought the baby some cute little outfits and as I was putting the items into a gift bag I thought about making a tag with the baby's name on it. When I asked my husband what the baby's name was of course he stated...."I don't know". So I put the baby's mother name on the tag instead. I hope she likes everything. The tag was easy to complete with Design Studio.

The Stamp Scrap Art Tour
For some reason I cannot sleep! So I decided to surf the web until I become sleepy again. Has anyone ever been to the Stamp, Scrap Art Tour? Last year was my first time attending and it was very nice. They usually have about 10- 12 vendors displaying all types of stamping and paper crafting goodies. Last year I bought a lot of stamps, a mini scor it board, clear pillow boxes, cardstock, stickles, embossing powders, glitter and glossy bookmarks to decorate. It isn't a big show nor is it anything grand, but at least it comes to South Carolina. I intend on attending it this year also. The Tour will be starting in Texas this year then it will be heading to S.C. on February 21 & 22 at the Jamil Temple Hall in Columbia, S.C. The Tour doesn't travel to many states, but here is a link to see if it will be coming to a town near you.

If anyone knows of any papercrafting/scrapbooking shows that will be in S.C., N.C. or Georgia please leave a comment on this post to inform me about it. Besides the Stamp Scrap Art Tour, the only other show I have been to is Creating Keepsakes in Charlotte. I want to go to more shows they are fun!!!

Change Of Schedule....
I probably won't be able to post anything this week because I have to work the evening shift everyday this week. I have to fill in for someone who will be attending training. Also my sister came from New York to visit and I must spend some time her and she doesn't do any type of crafting/scrapping. I love when she comes to visit she reminds me of my home......New York City. Yes, I'm a city girl living in the country. She did love the wine glasses that I etched her name on using my Expression.
